What are the requirements to open a Webull company account?

To open a Webull company account, the following requirements must be met:

• The primary applicant must be 18 years of age or older.
• The primary applicant must be a director or secretary of the company.
• The company must be registered with ASIC and hold an ABN and an ACN.
• The primary applicant and all directors must be Australian residents.
• Beneficial owners (holding 25% or more of the company) must not be U.S. citizens or U.S. tax residents.
• The entity must not operate in the following industries: adult entertainment, financial services, cryptocurrencies, gambling, money exchange/lending, not-for-profit organizations, or the sale and dealing of precious stones, metals, watches, or art.
