Use of Referral Links

Should we identify instances of clients participating in Webull referral campaigns and selling their unique referral links provided to them by Webull by advertising on social media/business platforms for the sole purpose of paying these individuals to sng up to Webull to gain a number of referrals in order to take advantage of the rewards offered under the marketing campaign.

Webull does not tolerate such behaviour and it also is against regulatory guidelines with this activity being potentially construed as potential “inducement” and may also mislead these other individuals in relation to the uses of financial products.

Should we identify this behaviour, Webull reserves the right to disqualify the Participant immediately and terminate the account. In addition, Webull will report any such instances directly to ASIC and may take legal action against.
