I have submitted my request, why have my funds not arrived?

If you have submitted a deposit request via PayTo and your funds have not arrived, it may be because you have not approved your payment agreement your bank.

Log into your online banking and approve the payment agreement. Once you have done so, your funds should arrive in your Webull account.

Some common reasons that deposits may fail:

• Insufficient fund: This means your linked bank account does not have the amount available to be deposited to your Webull trading account. Try again once the fund is available.

• Agreement expiration: If you do not authorise the PayTo agreement in your banking app within 15mins after initiating your first deposit, the agreement and the deposit will fail accordingly. Initiate again on the Webull app and authorise in your banking app within the next 15 minutes.

• Unverified account ownership: Our service is still verifying your account ownership. The validation typically takes one business day. Once the account is verified, you will not need to verify it again.
